Add direct Table/Figure bookmarks
and group these together
Bookmarks pointing to titled tables and figures may be very
useful in publications where these are abundant. However, when
adding the table/figure titles to FrameMaker's bookmark setup,
figure or table bookmarks will be spread out under the heading
bookmark hierarchy, in order of appearance.
You can automatically create a separate Figures, Tables or
Equations bookmark with all relevant bookmarks subordinate to
it with the TimeSavers' Extract figure bookmarks and Extract
table bookmarks functions (Bmk Extraction tab).
