Marker Text is Included in Bookmarks from Elements

Description:

Element text in bookmark window includes text of inline marker elements.

For example:

<Head><IndexTerm>Equipment Rental</Head>

where IndexTerm says Equipment:Rental;Rental:Equipment

is transferred to the bookmark window as: Equipment:Rental;Rental:EquipmentEquipment Rental

In PDF Setup, specify bookmarks based on paragraph tags instead of elements (if you use an EDD which maps elements/contexts to different paragraph formats)
Avoid using markers in bookmarked elements

Evan Olson adds: If you place all markers at the end of bookmarked elements, the following workarounds can be used:
